Went to Liberty Park today and did a few laps. Felt good but still not quite where I want my form and feeling. Core workout directly after.

Another easy day. My first three weeks are going to consist of very easy runs ranging from 5-7 miles a day. Establishing a healthy base is going to be very important. Ran up above 18th avenue on the trails, felt a little labored, might be due to my lack of training lately.

Well, as you can see I have totally bypassed the existence of this blog. Yet! I return. This blog isn't going to be tracking my high school miles and races anymore, this is going to be a way to keep track of the qualitative and quantitative data collected throughout my college training. Today was an easy 5, my first run of the summer. Felt surprisingly good. If inclined, feel free to follow me through my training for a division 3 college cross country program.
