Well, as you can see I have totally bypassed the existence of this blog. Yet! I return. This blog isn't going to be tracking my high school miles and races anymore, this is going to be a way to keep track of the qualitative and quantitative data collected throughout my college training. Today was an easy 5, my first run of the summer. Felt surprisingly good. If inclined, feel free to follow me through my training for a division 3 college cross country program.
